• Machine wash in cold water.  Never add bleach or fabric softeners. Let it dry.

What are the payment options?
At the time of the validation of your order, you will have to choose one of the means of payment proposed then to click on Continue to finalize your purchase.
No order will be sent for delivery before payment is received.

Three payment methods are available for your convenience:

• via credit card, you can pay with Visa, Mastercard or iDEAL on our secure platform;
• via Paypal, by selecting this option, you will be redirected to the Paypal page to finalize your payment.

When will the order be delivered?
The delivery is in between 15-20 business days.
You will receive a confirmation of delivery by email when your order will be on the departure then under 24 to 48h after the starting of your order.

How much does the delivery cost ?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically and depend on several factors, including the weight of the order or the choice of delivery method.

Do you deliver only in the Netherlands?
At this current state we tend to make deliveries in the Netherlands since we are a business based in the Netherlands. Although we can make deliveries to other European countries but the prices for the delivery may vary depending on the distance.

How do we ship?

Orders are shipped via Post.nl or DHL

The following shipping costs are charged:
For an address in the Netherlands with advance payment via MasterCard, Visa or iDEAL
– for orders up to 50 euros, the shopping cost is 5,95€
– for orders above 50 euros shipping is free.

Within the territory of the Netherlands, your order will be delivered to you within 24 hours on working days.
If an unsuitable shipping method is chosen for the order, the correct costs will still be charged.
If you want a different delivery, the associated costs will be charged (e.g. registered mail).
The last address known to us is considered a valid delivery address.
We are not responsible for any damage you may suffer because the delivery did not take place at your actual address after e.g. a move.

How do I place an order?
Click on the Catalog section or choose the product category you are interested in from the menu at the top of the site.
Select the item you are interested in by clicking on its image to see its detailed description.
Then choose the size and color you are interested in, as well as the desired quantity.
Finally, click on Add to Cart.
You can access the shopping cart by selecting the icon at the top right of the site.
To place an order, all you have to do is validate it.


Is it possible to order without having an account?
It is impossible to order without having created an account.
